Quirino and Genoveffa were married in Bergotto, Italy (province of Parma, Italy) on May 10, 1919. Genoveffa would have been 24 years old and Quirino was 27 when they were married in this tiny village in northwestern Italy.

Recently the last of the 4 children of our beloved grandparents 

 passed away at the age of 91.  Gene, Gisto, Irma and Catherine along with their spouses Myrtle, Marian, Paul & Bruno have left us to sit at the perpetual Sunday dinner table with Quirino & Genoveffa.  They are missed terribly, but there are 14 first cousins (Carla, Carol, Rose, Gino, Paul, Linda, Gloria, Ron, Maryanne, Mary Lou, Mary Kay, Betty Jean, Anna & Lisa) who will carry on the love and legacy that our parents gave to us.

Below are the stories written by Gisto and Irma years ago about their parents. It was given to all of us by our parents, so that we would remember our family history and beginnings in the United States.  It is posted here, so that our children can know it and pass it along to their children.  Below is the forward to Gisto's story which sums up what I think we all feel.
